Consult & Personalized Plan
Your first acupuncture session is all about assessing your unique health landscape and establishing a thoughtful treatment plan. During the first hour, we’ll sit down together for an in-depth intake process comprised of questions and discussion, tongue & pulse diagnosis, lab work review, physical assessment and palpation of the acupuncture channel system. Basically, we get to know you really well.
Next, we’ll discuss your custom treatment plan and get started right away with your first treatment.

Treatment
After your first visit, you will have a clear idea of the frequency and length of time we recommend you come see us for maximum results. Each treatment will be tailored to you and will change as the state of your body changes. Sessions include adjunctive therapies (cupping, moxa, herbal consultations, etc) if beneficial and we’ll discuss your Personalized Health Plan with dietary, supplement & lifestyle recommendations.
This is where the fun stuff happens!

Long Term Care
Once we’ve gotten your health to a place of homeostasis, it doesn’t mean we must end there! We aim to leave you with the tools and knowledge you need in order to maintain your newfound balance at home on your own and are always here to support you as new concerns arise or for seasonal tune-ups.
